Structures Design / Build, LLC, is a partnership between Steven S. Strauss & Adam J. Cohen.
The Company was formed in 1999 and has shown strong, solid growth since inception. Each of the partners bring significant construction and business experience to company. Steve’s family firm, Strauss Construction, has been in construction in the Roanoke Valley for over 45 years. He also has a very strong business background as well as a highly developed network of financial partners. Adam grew up in construction, holds a degree in architecture from the University of Maryland and has worked in construction in Roanoke for over twenty five years.
Together they have put a team in place that includes experienced and dedicated employees, vendors and subcontractors. Their track record of delivering their projects on time and on budget is unrivaled in the area and has earned the respect and confidence of business leaders and home owners throughout the area.
