Opportunity: The Bank of Botetourt in an effort to move into new markets contracted with Structures Design/Build to design and construct its new Smith Mountain Lake “Lakewatch” banking center. The guidelines of the project were to build a functional banking facility consistent with other Bank of Botetourt buildings while complying with the “Lakewatch” design standards.
Application: Utilizing stone, EIFS and architectural details present in “Lakewatch” development and preserving the character and functionality of the Bank of Botetourt the building was completed and open for business on schedule and on budget.
