Opportunity: To renovate and add on to an old Steak and Ale restaurant by adding on a new dining room to the existing structure. Position the restaurants dining room at the front of the restaurant so to take advantage of the hilltop views.
Application: An old dark Steak and Ale restaurant was incredibly transformed into an open and spacious fine dining establishment. The new and dynamic circular eyebrow roofed dining room is flanked from floor to ceiling windows that bathe the room with natural light and give diners dramatic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
