Opportunity: Position the premier retailer of fine jewelry in Southwest VA for future growth with a brand new flagship retail center and corporate headquarters. The office building and retail store is sited in a high traffic and very visible area and needed to reflect the quality of the upscale merchandise that it was selling.
Application: The two-story brick structure boldly stands out from many other retail enterprises in the area. With its pre-cast concrete details and traditional gabled entrance the building gives homage to the past at the same time is contemporary. Now with ample office space on the second floor the company is well situated for future growth and prosperity. The corporate headquarters was completed on budget and 16 days early.
