Opportunity: Movie Starz Video, a regional movie rental chain located a piece of property they wanted to develop developing a mini strip center and outfit the other building units for future tenants. The company knew they wanted to create a distinctive and recognizable look that would be replicated in future stores.

Application: In keeping with the movie theme the new store was designed with exterior details that replicate a 30s Art Deco theater and the unmistakable Movie Starz signage. The interior was designed to function for easy selection of videos and checkout.
