Green Building or Environmentally Sustainable Healthy Construction actually takes into account a lot more factors than just choosing energy efficient products. Green Building is made of shades of green. You can incorporate as many shades of Green Building technology as you like into your building project. Many of your choices come with negligible or little additional cost to your building budget.

Adam Cohen, co-owner of Structures Design/Build has a 25-year history of Green Building and is a certified Green Builder by the National Association of Homebuilders and holds the designation of LEED Accredited Professional from the U.S. Green Building Council. Adam most recently became one of less than 100 designers in the USA to complete training by the Passive House Institute US (PHIUS) and achieve his Certified Passivhaus Designer accrediation.
